4. Spinach:

Spinach is mostly found in the smoothies and salads nowadays due to its uncountable benefits. It is full of folic acid that creates new blood cells and repairs the older ones. It is rich in vitamin C and, when cooked, has more potassium than a cup of bananas. The potassium and magnesium elements of spinach provide the body with the necessary amount of water and energy.
